1 - Arthritic Crack

Start just down the fell from the cube of limestone about eight metres right of the tree at a left-leaning pillar. Climb the pillar using the crack on its right. Sustained and well protected, but there is some loose rock.

2 - Rheumatic Crack

The deep crack which forms the left side of the pillar is more awkward than first appearances might suggest.

3 - Square Route

Start just left of the trees growing from the crag, below a square neb. Climb the crack on the right side, then step left on to the top of the neb to finish.

4 - Cube Route

Climb easily into the large recess on the left of the neb, then move out right and make an interesting move to finish on the neb.

5 - Hawthorn Flakes

Start two metres left of the hawthorn bush and climb up to the ledge, then enter the scoop above, exit awkwardly to the left and finish up easier rock.

7 - Trivial Pursuits

Start four metres left of the hawthorn and climb a shallow groove to the break, then the flake crack above.

8 - Hawthorn Wall

Start one metre to the left and climb the wall to the horizontal break, step left, then finish up the hanging corner above.
